Order Processing 

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days  
  • Orders are shipped from EU-based warehouses  
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day

We currently ship to: 

  • All EU / EEA countries

Delivery Times 

Estimated delivery times: 

  • Western Europe: 3–6 business days  
  • Northern Europe: 3–7 business days  
  • Southern / Eastern Europe: 4–8 business days

Multiple Shipments 

To ensure faster delivery: 

  • Your order may be shipped in multiple packages  
  • Items may arrive on different days  
  • You will not be charged extra for split shipments

Delays & Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by:  
  • Local postal services  
  • Customs handling  
  • Incorrect address information  

Please ensure your shipping details are correct. 

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery 

If an order cannot be delivered due to: 

  • Incorrect address  
  • Failed delivery attempts  
  • Unclaimed packages  

You may be responsible for: 

  • Re-shipping costs  
  • Or partial loss of refund (depending on carrier fees)  

Lost or Damaged Packages 

If your package is: 

Lost: 

  • Contact us after 10 business days (EU)  
  • We will investigate with the carrier  

Damaged: 

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery  
  • Include photos of packaging and product

Stock & Availability 

As we work with external warehouse partners: 

  • Stock levels may change quickly  
  • In rare cases, items may become unavailable after purchase  

If this happens, we will: 

  • Offer a replacement  
  • Or provide a full refund
